Q. Forgotten password?

We do not know the password you registered yourself. Please select "Forgot your password?" from the login page and reset your password.


Q. Regarding changing the delivery address

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us using the inquiry form and provide us with your order number, the delivery address you registered, and the new address you wish to change to.


Q. Check your order history

You can check your order history from the " My Account " page after logging in.


Q. Issuance of delivery notes and receipts

The order confirmation email sent from the site will serve as a delivery note.
As a general rule, we do not issue receipts. If you would like a receipt, please contact us via the "Inquiry Form " and state your order number (the number with a #) that will be displayed after you have completed your order.


Q. About shipping to multiple destinations

You can only specify one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place an order for each shipping address.

Q. Regarding delivery times

For items that are in stock, we will ship within 5 business days after your order. For pre-ordered items and made-to-order items, please refer to the individual page for the estimated delivery time.
